Boland Communications to Introduce ST 2110 Option for the Full 4K Range of HDR Monitors and Will Highlight Video Wall Applications at IBC2026

2026 IBC Show Exhibitor Preview
September 11-14, 2026
RAI, Amsterdam
Stand 12.C57

Summary:
At IBC2026 in Amsterdam, Boland Communications will introduce a range of 4K monitors that feature optional ST 2110 inputs for use in modern IP-based HD and UHD workflows. Additionally, Boland will be showing the broadest range of LCD, OLED, and QD OLED monitors available in the industry, showcasing all the new displays, including the new 55” super-narrow bezel display for video walls, the 4K55HDR7SNB. Boland manufactures seven different model series.

Highlights for Boland at IBC2026:

ST 2110 Option for 4K Monitors
Boland will introduce a new SMPTE ST 2110 input option for its 4K monitors, featured at the show on the QD4K32HDR10-Opt 2110. Using a single 25GbE SFP with a fiber or RJ45 connection via a low-cost SFP28, the 2110 option can deliver UHD video to up to two monitors, reducing the number of switch and gateway ports and cables required for monitor walls and other multidisplay production applications. By connecting Boland 4K monitors directly to the IP network, the option eliminates the need for external ST 2110-to-SDI gateways, lowering costs and simplifying deployment in IP-based broadcast and production environments. ST 2022-7 backup is also supported.

4K55HDR7SNB – Super Narrow Bezel Monitor
Making its IBC debut, the 4K55HDR7SNB (Super Narrow Bezel) is a 12G 4K display featuring an ultra-narrow bezel that enables multiple units to be tiled into seamless video wall configurations while maintaining full 4K signal integrity. With HDR modes built-in and up to 700 nits of brightness, the display comes precalibrated and is bright enough for studio environments. The 4K55HDR7SNB provides a flexible, high-resolution platform for video wall installations in control rooms, studios, and other critical production spaces.

4K HDR OLED and QD OLED Product Range
In sizes from 16” to 65”, Boland’s 4K OLED and new QD OLED monitors combine native UHD resolution (3840 × 2160) with the professional tools relied on in critical production environments. Lightweight yet robust, they deliver exceptional clarity, true blacks, wide viewing angles, and full HDR performance across the entire dynamic range. Integrated features — including waveform, vectorscope, 3D LUTs, quad-link support, and multiple digital inputs such as 12G SDI and SFP – make them well-suited for control rooms, machine rooms, and live production. Additional capabilities include the highest-quality 1080 upscaling, gamma and RGB adjustment, Safe-Area markers, selectable color temperatures, and monitoring of up to 16 de-embedded audio channels with on-screen metering.
